TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

you accept that once I've received your first payment, you're confirming you're over the age of 18 and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
❥ You are also confirming that any funds you would provide for your commission is yours to use.
❥ I reserve the right to deny any request whether it is due to artistic incompatibility, lack of slots, or any other reason.
❥ Violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in being blacklisted.PAYMENT
❥ Currency is €/Euro and can be paid through PayPal or bank transfer.
❥ Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
❥ If for any reason you find yourself unable to pay in a reasonable time please notify me. I will be willing to work with you on a timeline.PROCESS & DELIVERY
❥ The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week to 6 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work,ect.I'll update you along the way if delays happen.
❥ Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image.
❥ Note that there is no physical product.CANCELLATION POLICIES
❥ Cancellations will only be permitted if I am unable to complete the request or if work has not been started yet. If work has been started a partial refund is possible depending on how much work was completed.
❥ Please credit me when sharing my art.ADDITIONAL INFOS
❥ My works are not to be used for the creation of NFTs or training of AI.
❥ All personal information which I will receive from you will be kept private, confidential and will not be shared with any third-party.
❥ The copyright to the image belongs to me. You have no right to claim the art as your own (this includes tracing). You are not to crop out my signature out of the work.
❥ Unless specified in your request PRIOR to your first payment, your commission may be shared on my socials. You may also be tagged in posts containing your commission. If you'd prefer to stay anonymous please let me know as well.
